Before you write
Can you get back a list I typed into a tool?
No. Your lists are saved only in your own browser, never on our servers, so we can't see or restore them. If you cleared your browser data, the list is gone.
Can you pick a winner for my giveaway?
We don't run giveaways or pick winners for anyone. Use the Giveaway Winner Picker and share a screen recording of the draw with your followers.
The tambola voice is silent. What do I do?
Check that your phone isn't on silent and the media volume is up, and that Read numbers aloud is ticked in the caller. The voice comes from your device, so some older phones or browsers may not have one.
