Who we are
This policy covers winisland.in ("winisland", "we", "us"), a free website of party and giveaway tools. If you have any question about it, email us at pasandify@gmail.com.
What we don't collect
winisland has no accounts, no login and no database. The names, entries, scores and settings you type into our tools are processed by your own browser and are never uploaded to us. We don't sell personal information, and we don't ask for your social media passwords.
What is saved on your device
So you don't lose your work when you close the tab, the tools save a few things in your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device; we can't see it.
- The lists and options you entered in each tool (wheel names, giveaway entries, players, Secret Santa names, budget and draw).
- Scores and history for the coin toss and dice roller.
- A tambola game in progress, its settings and room code, and the name and marked numbers of a player in a room.
- Whether sound effects are on.
The site also stores its own pages and files in your browser cache so the tools work offline. You can delete all of this at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
Links you share
- Tambola room links contain the room code and ticket settings. A player's name stays on their own phone.
- Secret Santa reveal links carry the match after the
#in the address. Browsers never send that part to any server, so we can't see who got whom. Anyone who has the link can open it, so send each one only to the right person. - Share buttons (WhatsApp, your phone's share menu or copy to clipboard) hand the text to the app you choose. That app's own privacy policy then applies.
Tambola voice
The number caller reads numbers aloud using the speech voices built into your device or browser. Most voices run on your device. Some browsers offer online voices (for example Google voices in Chrome); if you pick one of those, the text being read is sent to that company to turn it into speech.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any website host, Cloudflare processes technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy. We don't use this information to identify you.
Advertising and cookies
To keep winisland free, we may show ads from Google AdSense. When ads are shown:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies at aboutads.info.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown, and can change their choice at any time. Our own tools don't set cookies; they only use local storage as described above.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to other websites, and some links may be affiliate links (for example to Amazon), which means we may earn a small commission if you buy something, at no extra cost to you. Those sites have their own privacy policies and may use their own cookies.
Children
winisland is made for families, classrooms and friends, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data held about you. The only personal data we may hold is what you send us by email. Write to pasandify@gmail.com and we'll help. Data saved by the tools is on your own device, and you can delete it yourself by clearing this site's data.
Changes to this policy
If we change how winisland handles data, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date at the top. Please check back from time to time.
